Ebaaka.com is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@ebaaka.com to request a return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Affix the return shipping label to the package and mail it to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note the following:

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
